  • Take the Keikyu Line (Airport Express to Sengakuji) to Shinagawa Station (15 minutes)
  • From Shinagawa Station, take the Shinkansen to Odawara Station (30 minutes)
  • From Odawara Station, take a taxi or the hotel shuttle bus to the hotel (45 minutes)
  • Total travel time: Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes

From Narita Airport (NRT)

  • Take the Narita Express (N’EX) to Shinagawa Station (approximately 70 minutes)
  • From Shinagawa Station, take the Shinkansen to Odawara Station (approximately 30 minutes)
  • From Odawara Station, take a taxi or the hotel shuttle bus to the hotel (approximately 45 minutes)
  • Total travel time: Approximately 2 hours 30 minutes

From Odawara Station (JR Tokaido Line, Odakyu Line, Hakone Tozan Line)

  • A free shuttle bus service is available between Odawara Station and the hotel. The hotel bus with the hotel logo will pick you up at the Odawara Station West Exit Parking Lot (behind the Hojo Soun Statue). Please make a reservation at least one hour before the departure time. (+81 0460-82-2000)
    • Odawara Station to Hotel: 12:15 PM, 1:15 PM, 2:15 PM
    • Hotel to Odawara Station: 11:30 AM, 12:15 PM, 1:15 PM
    • Children under 6 years old cannot use the shuttle bus (no child seats are available on the shuttle bus). Dogs are not allowed.
    • Travel time: Approximately 45 minutes

From Gora Station

  • A free shuttle bus service is available between Gora Station and the hotel. Please call the hotel upon your arrival at Gora Station.
  • Travel time: Approximately 10 minutes
