Hotel Shuttle:

Operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM: You have to call when you arrived Hakone-Yumoto Station.

Public Transportation:

Hakone-Yumoto Onsen Shuttle Bus (Orange Bus):

Schedule: 10:45 AM, 1:45 PM, 2:45 PM, 3:15 PM, 4:15 PM
Bus Stop: After exiting Hakone-Yumoto Station, turn left, cross the pedestrian bridge, and head to the Tourist Information Center. Take the “B Course Soun-dori” bus, which takes about 10 minutes to reach Hatsuhana Hotel.

Hakone Tozan Bus:

Operates approximately every 30 minutes throughout the day
Bus Stop: After exiting the 2nd-floor gate at Hakone-Yumoto Station, turn left and cross the pedestrian bridge to the bus stop on the opposite side of the road. Take the “K Line” bus towards Moto-Hakone Port, which takes about 10 minutes to reach Hatsuhana Hotel.
